Dispense prescriptions accurately while adhering to stringent healthcare standards Counsel patients on medication usage and side effects Administer immunizations and other necessary medications as directed Manage pharmacy inventory and perform regular audits to ensure medication safety and compliance Collaborate with healthcare providers to assist in medication therapy management Keep up-to-date with new medications, treatments, and state and federal regulations in the pharmacy sector Provide guidance and mentorship to pharmacy staff and assistants Strong knowledge of pharmacology and pharmaceutical drugs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage high levels of stress and responsibility Proficiency in using pharmacy information systems Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Pharmacist licensure in the state of practice (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Immunization
