Job Description:

for both staff and the community. The ideal candidate will manage
the operations of the pharmacy, ensure the correctness and safety
of all prescriptions filled, while delivering exceptional customer
service. This role not only offers a compelling $40,000 sign-on
bonus and relocation assistance but also the opportunity to be a
pivotal part of a large health-focused initiative. Assess
prescription orders to confirm accuracy, suitability, and
completeness. Counsel patients on medication use, potential side
effects, and interactions. Supervise pharmacy technicians and
support staff to ensure adherence to all regulations. Manage
pharmacy inventory and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
Stay informed on the latest pharmaceutical products, trends, and
regulations. Implement health and wellness programs that benefit
both employees and customers. Maintain a safe and clean environment
in accordance with regulatory agencies. Strong knowledge of
pharmacy law and medical terminology. Ability to work with various
pharmacy information systems. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to
detail. Capable of multitasking and maintaining an organized
workflow. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Active Pharmacist license in the state of
employment. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), optional but
preferred.
