$25.00-$30.00/hour. Merit increase eligible twice

Summary: As the Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible
for effectively growing sales pipeline, through identifying and
creating interest with decision makers at Fortune 1000 companies
and the like. Discovering prospective contacts that who are
involved in the buying processes for IT hardware disposal services.
You will be tasked with creating and progressing opportunities,
through executing communication strategies that result in sales
presentations with our seasoned Corporate Sales Executives. You
will assist in the development of service proposals, ensure CRM
data integrity, and provide sales support.Day to day
responsibilities will include:Research prospective
accounts/opportunities through trade publications, internet,
internal & external customer referrals, government and corporate
websites.Ensure consistent and effective communication with
prospective accounts to develop interest and fill the sales
funnel.Actively prospect and solicit new RFP's/RFI's.Regularly
create and update opportunities within CRM (Salesforce)Assist the
Sales Executives in service agreement preparation, NDA reporting,
meeting coordination/scheduling and facility tours.Complete sales
projects to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales
team.Register with corporate purchasing, procurement and supply
chain departments to ensure inclusion into future proposal bidding
opportunities.Maintain ability to articulate Dynamic's capabilities
throughout various divisions to ensure full satisfaction of
proposal requirements.Maintain consistent and accurate information
on prospects, customers, contacts, and opportunities within CRM
software.Utilize CRM software on a daily basis, logging calls,
emails, meetings, etc.Collaborate with Marketing to develop and
launch effective email campaigns. .Requirements & Qualifications:
For consideration, candidates must possess a High School education,
certificate or training, and at least six months of Inside/Outside
Sales, Business Development and/or B2B Sales. Additional
qualifications include:Knowledge and Experience:Business
AcumenProposal DevelopmentB2B SellingMicrosoft Outlook and Office
UtilizationSkills & AbilitiesSelf-starter with strong
organizational and time management skills.Exhibits excellent verbal
and written communication skills, high attention to detail and
intermediate to advanced computer skills.Self-motivated with the
ability to work in a fast paced environment independently.Ability
to execute tasks upon short notice and/or within expedited
timeframes (sometimes 24 hours).Willingness to learn, take on new
tasks and accept change.Ability to adopt and work with many types
