Follow this link to apply: The Operations Support team is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our 700+ Retail locations, various support center departments and our production facilities as well as providing excellent first point of contact guest service. We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed and people-oriented problem solver who is interested in starting or continuing a career with Kwik Trip by joining our team. Daily tasks include: + + + + Analyze, answer and route guest concern, praise and inquiry cases from all web platforms in a timely manner + Provide a first point of contact for guest concerns, with a goal of resolving the concern without escalation + Deliver excellent guest and support services to all our guests, both internal and external, as well as our co-workers and stores + Escalate concerns that require interdepartmental follow up to the appropriate personnel + Make good business decisions based on exceeding guest expectations + Provide consistent responses to large scale concerns/inquiries + Use retail experience to find and deliver creative solutions to guest needs as they arise + Correspond with guests and acquire pertinent information regarding their case. + Work with multiple business units to help create process improvement Qualifications: + Possess traits of Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Core Values: high level of Honesty & Integrity, show Respect, strive for Excellence, Humility, encourage Innovation and possess a "roll up your sleeves" Work Ethic. + Excellent Guest service skills and Ability to retain composure during difficult guest interactions + Minimum of 1 year in a related industry with Call Center experience or minimum of one-year experience working at a Kwik Trip Retail store. + Typing proficiency of 40 plus words per minute while remaining accurate/detail oriented + Strong and clear written and oral communication skills + Knowledge of Kwik Trip programs and services as well as general computer skills and related software for word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, and internet research Work Schedule : This position works out of the corporate support center. Typically working 5, 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday starting mid-day. Kwik Trip, Inc.
