Job OverviewTrane Technologies is seeking an Electromechanical Technician I to join our Engineering Test Laboratory team in La Crosse, Wisconsin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing and qualifying new product development projects, as well as supporting quality improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the build, modification, and installation of developmental commercial HVAC equipment and components
• Support product development activities by operating commercial HVAC equipment and collecting experimental test data
• Collaborate with senior laboratory staff to troubleshoot and repair Trane commercial HVAC technologies and equipment
• Assist in the installation and utilization of laboratory test equipment, including data acquisition systems and power analyzersRequirements:
  • Associate degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Mechanical or equivalent degree program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong grasp of electronics principles and troubleshootingWhat We Offer:
