I am currently working with a well-known food manufacturer that has been providing fresh locally processed, high-quality products for 30 years. They are actively searching for a Production Supervisor to add to their leadership team!They have an excellent group of employees that are highly trained and now they are looking for a true leader.What is in it for you?

  • Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
  • Collaborate with other night shift departments.
  • Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
  • Ensure safety of all employees
  • Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.
  • Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolutionThe ideal candidate holds:
    • 2 years of experience in management within a dairy or pasteurization facility
    • Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.
    • Familiarity working with data management programs.
    • Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety
