We are looking for a motivated and professional Production Supervisor individual to join our production leadership team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Inland Packaging is seeking a full-time Production Supervisor to join our growing team on either second or third shift. Work Schedule: This position has flexibility in scheduling. We are looking for someone to work either second or third shift - or a combination of the two. We are also willing to consider a four-day work week (Monday - Thursday.) Wages: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Tell me about the job Manage a team of up to 25 direct reports to ensure the highest level of quality, safety, and productivity on the assigned crew Coordinate with other leaders, peers, and departments to ensure proper coordination between shifts and departments to organize daily workflow through the assignment of responsibilities to direct reports Assist in carrying out management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and protocols by interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning and assisting employees with advancement opportunities Ensure consistency through the implementation and sustainment of standard work practices What should I bring to the team? 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Preferably through managing people, processes, and facilitation of project deliverables Ability to foster strong working relationships with direct reports Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity Willingness and flexibility to lead and work in cross-functional teams
