Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday Night - Thursday Night)
Enjoy a little relaxation during your shift with access to a massage chair in the employee breakroom!Online Inspector Job SummaryAs an Online Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring the screen printing process to quickly identify any defective products or incorrect process parameters. You will alert the operators, trainers, and/or team leaders to resolve issues to maintain the highest quality standards.Online Inspector Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review parts at setup to ensure proper dimensions and customer-approved prints.
• Check fit and registration to the template on colors.
• Confirm process settings are correct as per the work order routing.
• Read and understand job routings and quality plans.
• Verify density and gloss charts are completed accurately.
• Audit jobs in screening for defects during the printing process and alert the team leader of potential issues.
• Continuously monitor products to ensure they meet internal and external customer quality standards.
• Communicate any defects found and alert the team leader and/or assistant team leader.This position plays a key role in ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.We are excited about you if you have:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Ability to understand work order routing, instructions, and essential forms.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Ability to read and comprehend job orders and blueprints.
  • Strong math skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Physical Demands:
    • Ability to continuously stand or walk, occasionally sit.
    • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. to shoulder height, up to 20 lbs. above shoulders, and team lift up to 80 lbs.
    • Ability to occasionally push or pull up to 100 lbs.
    • Ability to continuously reach overhead, in front of the body, or below the waist.
    • Requires simultaneous use of hands, wrists, and fingers.
    • Requires 20/20 corrected vision and color vision acuity.Work Environment:
      • Continuous exposure to moderate-loud noise, chemicals, fumes, and moving objects.
      • Occasional exposure to heat.
      • May work at varying heights.
