Key Responsibilities:
Read work orders, production drawings, and follow verbal
instructions.
Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, or holding
devices.
Secure parts using crimping, staking, riveting, welding, soldering,
or similar methods.
Connect wires, components, and terminals as needed.
Install finished assemblies into cases or cabinets.
Attach hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches.
Perform intermediate tasks like sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding,
and stamping.
Adjust or trim materials to meet electrical and dimensional
specifications.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Education
Highschool diploma or GED Required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong mechanical skills and understanding of mechanical
systems.
Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, blueprints, and
schematics.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy parts and prolonged
standing or crouching.
Keen attention to detail for precision assembly work.
Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Clear communication skills for teamwork and task coordination.
Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of safety
protocols.
Technical knowledge of the equipment being assembled.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic production methods and
schedules
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. more than 25% of the time but less
than 75% of the time.
