Job Overview
At Trane Technologies, we're committed to creating innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world. As a Compressor Testing Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in leading our Engineering Test Laboratory team in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Your primary function will be to supervise a team of technicians in building, testing, and qualifying Trane Technologies' compression products. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment for self and team members, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Plan and allocate team resources and facilities to support build and testing of Trane Technologies' compressor products
• Talent Management - recruit, mentor, and motivate team members, promoting an engaged team approach
• Lead and sponsor productivity, quality, and capital expenditure projects to enhance our world-class Commercial HVAC and Applied Compression Laboratories
• Manage expense budget for development testing of Trane Technologies compression products
  Requirements
  
  • Associate degree or 2-year equivalent technical degree and 10+ years of work, education, and/or supervisory experience in a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
  • Previous supervisory or project team leadership experience is preferred

      Compensation
      Base Pay Range: $75,000-$110,000
