Job Title: Heavy Equipment OperatorAt Waste Management, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to operate a variety of heavy equipment vehicles, including loaders, to perform tasks such as spreading and compacting construction, demolition, commercial, and residential waste.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment vehicles to move and position raw materials and finished components.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment vehicles.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
