Job Title: Compressor Testing SupervisorTrane Technologies is seeking a skilled Compressor Testing Supervisor to join our Engineering Test Laboratory team in La Crosse, Wisconsin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians in building, testing, and qualifying Trane Technologies' compression products.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technicians in the development and testing of compressor products
• Plan and align team resources and facilities to support build and testing of Trane Technologies' compressor products
• Talent Management - recruit, mentor, and motivate team members while maintaining an engaged team approach with the rest of the organization
• Manage expense budget for development testing of Trane Technologies compression productsRequirements:
  • Associate degree or 2-year equivalent technical degree and 10+ years of work, education, and/or supervisory experience in a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
  • Previous supervisory or project team leadership experience is preferredWhat We Offer:
