Follow this link to apply: myapps.kwiktrip.com Location: Department #670 1813 Kramer Street La Crosse , WI 54603 Requisition: 167032 Shift: Daytime Education Experience: Associates Degree Employment Experience: Less than 1 year Full-time IT Retail Services Systems Engineer I - La Crosse, WI : Kwik Trip, Inc's Information Technology Retail Services (ITRS) department is seeking a self-motivated Systems Engineer I to join our team in our fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility of this position will be the ongoing administration and support of endpoints and devices at all of Kwik Trip's retail stores, focusing on Linux, Android, and Apple iPadOS. This position also includes coding in various languages to accomplish administrative and support tasks. Regular duties include but are not limited to: + Administering 800+ remote Linux devices + Automating Linux endpoint administration tasks using new or existing tools + Working with new and existing Android device configurations and support + Administering enterprise iPad devices at retail locations + Updating existing vendor supplied software + Installing and configuring new software + Providing third level support for our stores + Documenting new and existing processes Skill Qualifications : Candidates should possess the following: + An Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college, or equivalent work experience in an Information Technology related field + Knowledge of Ubuntu Linux, Android, Apple iPad OS, and Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 operating systems + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to multitask + Excellent verbal and written communications skills + Dedication to providing excellent customer service + Valid driver's license with excellent driving record + Workspace One UEM experience + Experience with bash, PowerShell, and C# is a plus Physical Qualifications: + Ability to sit, stand, or drive for extended periods of time; work 8+ hour shifts; lift up to 60 lbs. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week, between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, or as needed to perform duties. At times, this position is required to perform some job duties during non-work hours.
