On-the-job training for the right candidate!

Starting pay $19.00 per hour with opportunity for wage increase and competitive benefit package including bonuses once hired on!

Hours: 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri (limited overtime as needed)
After hired on permanently, there is an opportunity for a hybrid/remote schedule!

Accounts Payable Specialist Position Summary: -
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be a member of the Accounting and Finance group. The position offers exposure to all aspects of the business through practical learning and mentorship opportunities, with the goal of development within the company.

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements: -

• High School diploma
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office programs -
• Ability to work & -stay focused in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude/ team player !
• Ability to work overtime as needed
  Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Accounts Payable experience -
  • Experience with ERP systems
    Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
    • Accurate application and reconciliation of invoice to PO matching in a shared services environment, for multiple distribution centers.
    • Work closely with Procurement, Accounting and other members of the Finance team.
    • Researching and resolving repayments, deductions and corrections requests , communicating the findings as needed to the Resource Center, management, and division employees in a professional manner.
