Join us and start doing -your life's best work.(sm)The -SCA Market Relations Specialist -(LHI) will maintain a successful working relationship between LHI and network providers through working with many varied clinical delivery systems. Being able to understand and identify the best alignment of appointment requirements to clinical times available within the varied clinical delivery systems. Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure the most efficient use of time to accomplish department goals and contract requirements. -You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities: -

  • Assess and resolve internal and external provider/practitioner concerns, developing and implementing solutions that are beneficial to providers/practitioners, LHI Customers and LHI
  • Work with practitioners and their staffing agencies to update and maintain their availability
  • Adequately respond to and resolve incoming calls and emails in the appropriate manner
  • Respond to Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Customer Complaints within the required time frame through investigation and problem solving that results in positive outcomes
  • Provide explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

      • High school diploma or GED
      • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets and general navigation) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar)
      • 1+ years of related experience (provider relations, network management, customer service, negotiations, account services and / or account management)
      • Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST -

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
