Schedule Weekly Hours:
The Senior Consultant - Strategy is responsible for analyzing,
reviewing, and making appropriate recommendations to the Chief
Business and Strategy Officer for effective organizational function
and results. This position will manage the entire planning process
for the organization and provide new and innovative ideas and
strategies to achieve determined goals, while identifying
opportunities for operational efficiencies. The Senior Consultant
will assist in trouble shooting current problems and implement
effective solutions. This position is responsible for designing and
facilitating the one year and five-year strategic plan by
conducting quantitative and qualitative research, prioritizing
stakeholders, gathering and analyzing internal and external data,
and making appropriate recommendations for ongoing organizational

Education and Learning:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare or a related
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related
10+ years of business-related experience, to include 3 to 4
years of high-level strategic experience. Experience benchmarking
and understanding and using external data.
10+ years of experience in strategic planning and project
License and Certifications:
Valid Driver's License (DL)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management
Professional (PgMP) certification issued by the Project Management
