Job Description:

gpac is working with 2 dairy manufacturing companies near La Crosse, Wisconsin seeking 3 personnel, a 2nd shift Production Supervisor and two 3rd shift Production Supervisors , to join their leadership team and develop their management skills. Both companies are well-known food manufacturers that have been providing fresh locally processed, high-quality products for 30 years. Responsibilities include: Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift. Collaborate with other night shift departments. Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator Ensure safety of all employees Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team. Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution The ideal candidate holds: 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing facility, preferably dairy. Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills. Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations. Familiarity working with data management programs.
