Job Details Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement. Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust. Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and pre-suit discovery. Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements. Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams. Expert Interaction: Engage with expert witnesses, and obtain expert reports and affidavits. Litigation Preparation: Draft pleadings, write briefs, and assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Qualifications: An active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar. A license to also practice law in Minnesota is preferred but not required. Ideally 2 years of litigation experience (motor vehicle/automobile liability preferred). Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills.
