Job OpportunityAt Trane Technologies, we're seeking a skilled Robot Programmer to join our team in La Crosse, WI. This role is responsible for providing technical production support and developing processes for the manufacture of HVAC centrifugal chillers.Key Responsibilities:

• Program and simulation of FANUC robots
• Complete initial robotic programs offline prior to assembly
• Debug robotic cell on assembly floor
• Participate in Robot Risk Assessment and safety planning
• Participate in a team-oriented phase-gate process
• Maintain a high level of communication with weekly task list updates and reportingRequirements:
  • Associate's degree in automation or robot programming related field preferred; relevant work experience of 3-5 years in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
  • Experience with Fanuc controls and systems preferred.
  • Must have the ability to write, modify and troubleshoot industrial robot programming.What We Offer:
