Our client in Grantsburg is seeking Production Workers for various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a reliable work ethic which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Cheese Production Workers - 1st & 3rd Shift Location: Grantsburg, WI Pay Range: $17.50/hr - $21/hr What's the Job? Packaging loafs of cheese on a rotational line in a fast-paced environment. Monitoring automated cheesemaking machines throughout the shift. Filling in across production and packaging departments as needed. Maintaining flexibility to work various shifts and schedules. Lifting up to 70lbs as required for packaging tasks. What's Needed? Prior industrial experience preferred. Food production a plus. Ability to work in a hot and humid environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to different production processes. Reliability and flexibility in scheduling availability. What's in it for me? 1st & 3rd shift available.
