package. What You'll Do Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
processes for new and departing employees Maintain and update HRIS
and administrative systems Provide administrative support across HR
functions, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Assist with employee relations, compliance, and internal
communications Serve as a go-to resource for employees and managers
regarding HR policies and procedures Support both office and
production teams in a dynamic environment of 500 employees What
We're Looking For 3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative
support, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables)
and PowerPoint Excellent organizational, communication, and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment A proactive, self-starting
