Your skills will be put into action to: --- Bring leadership to clinicians with focus on the unique needs of our clients and their families --- Lead by example to make a difference using skill, hard work, and an affinity for learning, laughter, and goodwill --- Build a strong foundation of service to others --- Make decisions that support client experience and welfare to allow our clients to remain in their home longer and gain independence Position summary: The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising direct care staff, ensuring services are delivered according to licensing guidelines, professional medical standards and agency policies and procedures. This strong leader will uphold the Recover Health Mission in every interaction, providing a quality experience for clients and employees. As the RN Clinical Manager , you will also be the RN Case Manager Field Preceptor. You will provide new hire field orientation and ensure competence. --- Oversees clinical services provided to clients, ensuring quality and clinical outcomes --- Supervises all clinical staff (RN/LPN/HHA) --- Applies critical thinking skills to facilitate leadership, problem solving, and strategic planning --- Evaluates programs and services regularly to identify opportunities for improvement --- Investigates and takes appropriate action(s) on client complaints, ensuring resolution --- Conducts regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and performs clinical visits as needed by the office --- Ensures client compliance with federal/state regulations through policy and procedure administration --- Participates in recruiting, hiring, and identification of training needs for clinical staff --- Facilitates orientation and training for new clinical team members Benefits: Full-Time Employees (30 hours and greater) --- Paid Time Off - Vacation, Sick, Float, and Holidays --- Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life, LTD, STD, and supplemental products All Employees: --- Unlimited Free CEUS --- Scholarship opportunities Requirements--- Current Registered Nurse (RN) --- Bachelor's degree preferred --- Training and experience in Home Health service administration required --- Minimum of 2 years of leadership and management experience --- Oasis certification is preferred --- Strong knowledge of Home Health Regulations and Standards --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills Description RN Clinical Manager $5,000 Hiring Bonus Our mission is about creating relationships that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
