Your skills will be put into action to: --- Bring leadership to clinicians with focus on the unique needs of our clients and their families --- Lead by example to make a difference using skill, hard work, and an affinity for learning, laughter, and goodwill --- Build a strong foundation of service to others --- Make decisions that support client experience and welfare to allow our clients to remain in their home longer and gain independence Position summary: The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising direct care staff, ensuring services are delivered according to licensing guidelines, professional medical standards and agency policies and procedures. This strong leader will uphold the Recover Health Mission in every interaction, providing a quality experience for clients and employees. As the RN Clinical Manager , you will also be the RN Case Manager Field Preceptor.
