Eligible Clean history ACLS ATLS BLS Clinical Details
Hematology/oncology coverage Bone marrow biopsies required
Inpatient rounding and consults Acute leukemia and inpatient
chemotherapy coverage Outpatient chemo supervision Trauma Level II
