Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Radiology experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months. • Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. • Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Facility: Marshfield Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Required Skills/Experience: Must have procedural experience. Shift & Scheduling: Possible rotational weekend call from 9a – 5p – maybe 2 weekends during the 13 week contract. Holiday call may also be implemented.
