weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a
WI-licensed RN for a Long Term Care (LTC) position at a nursing
home, working PM and NOC shifts every weekend on a 13-week
contract. Details - Long-term care nursing home setting - Rotating
PM and NOC shifts on a biweekly schedule: Week 1 includes Saturday
& Sunday 1pm–10:30pm, Wednesday 1pm–10:30pm, and Thursday
9pm–6:30am; Week 2 includes Saturday & Sunday 6am–10:30pm,
Wednesday 2pm–10:30pm, and Friday 10pm–6:30am - Every weekend is
required - 13-week contract Requirements - Active WI RN license or
compact RN license currently in hand - Current BLS/BCLS
certification required - Two-year degree in nursing required;
four-year degree preferred - 1 years of RN experience preferred -
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required Additional
Information - Responsibilities include resident assessments,
medication administration following the 5 Rights, wound care and
assessments, and monitoring residents for changes in condition -
Acts as floor leader, directing and assessing situations as needed
and communicating significant changes to physicians and families -
Assists CNAs with answering call lights - Maintains accurate
resident records through thorough charting - Responsible for
reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to
