Job Description:

work. Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of
Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 12
months. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact
license (required for submission). • This role may require floating
to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed.
Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission.
Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 6 months
gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus
Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System and no current placement
allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield
Clinic Health System. • 6 months gap required between for Any
Contract Type at Facility: Marshfield Medical Center.

expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Required
Skills/Experience: RNs are required to titrate drips. Common
titratable drips: Heparin, Nitro, Diltiazem, Amiodarone, 3%,
Insulin. RT Equipment: Vents, Trachs, Cpap, Bipap, Vapo therm,
Etco2. Central monitor located in a different area, RNs may be
required to read their own strips. Preferred Skills/Experience:
Highly prefer home trach vents - travelers to have that experience.
Willing to train on vents but RN must be open to learning. Special
Requests: Cannot guarantee same shifts for travel duos. Shift &
Scheduling: Self scheduling, manager to balance (opens 6 weeks in
advance). Every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday weekend
requirements. Typically 2/3 holidays for winter, and otherwise
every other. No call. Charge Nurse takes a full team on nights and
a smaller assignment on days. Nurse aid ratios: days 1:9, nights
1:12. Floating Requirements: Yes - sister MS units, 6 different
specialties: mixed care, cardiac, general, MS ortho, heme/onc, to
take a more general patient etc. Eligibility as Current/Previous
Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or
Good Samaritan Society location as well. Must disclose previous
employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a
DNU check. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all
the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma
level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any
employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. References:
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the
job you’re applying to. 7 days maximum time off 1 reference from
last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for
submission 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) -
