Occupational Therapist Location: Park Falls, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,746 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Occupational Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours (0800-1200, 1230-1630) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience required License: State License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Must be comfortable working independently and jumping into the role immediately. Description: Department: Occupational Therapy Certifications Required: BLS and state license. Number of patients treated per day: 7-11. Common diagnoses/types of patients: Weakness related to illness, pneumonia, COVID-19, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder. Focus on activities of daily living in the mornings for evaluations. Work settings include Acute Inpatient and Swing bed rehabilitation. May be required to cover outpatients if time allows. Good communication skills are necessary. Create individualized plans of care for patients. Thorough documentation is essential. Must have at least one year of experience outside of education/clinical settings. Open to first-time travelers. Reports to the PT manager/supervisor. No rehab aides or physical therapist assistants available. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Charting system used is Cerner. No weekend or holiday requirements. Dress code is clean and professional scrubs or dress casual. Department-specific orientation will be provided during the first week of employment. All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
