Job Description:

Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in
patients' conditions Execute prescribed medical treatments,
including administering medications and injections Collaborate with
registered nurses to create detailed treatment plans Educate
patients about their conditions and individual treatment plans
Operate medical equipment and monitor patient reactions to
treatments Ensure all regulatory, hospital, and patient safety
standards are met Prepare and maintain accurate patient records
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
effectively in a team Proficiency in maintaining standard patient
health records Knowledge of healthcare software and systems
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active LPN license
in the state of practice CPR Certification IV Certification
