Job Description:
Southern Health Partners is currently seeking a dedicated Full
Time RN Medical Team Administrator to join our progressive health
care team at the Waushara County Jail, WI. This role is ideal for
someone who thrives in a challenging environment and is committed
to health care excellence in a correctional setting. As a
Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator, you'll be instrumental
in ensuring the execution of quality medical practices while
managing the healthcare services provided to the inmates. Adapting
to a non-traditional environment, you will coordinate daily
administrative and clinical operations, maintaining compliance with
national standards while promoting patient health and safety.
Manage and supervise a team of healthcare staff within the
facility. Ensure the implementation of clinical and operational
healthcare standards and compliance with all regulatory
requirements. Develop and implement health care programs that align
with the facility's policies. Perform regular audits and reviews to
ensure adherence to health standards. Coordinate with external
healthcare providers. Manage inmate healthcare records and maintain
confidentiality and accuracy. Facilitate staff trainings and
development programs. Handle medical emergencies and provide direct
patient care when needed. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
make decisions in high-pressure environments Proficient in managing
healthcare records and systems Skilled in clinical operations and
emergency management Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Wisconsin. CPR certified. Experience in a correctional
facility healthcare environment is beneficial but not
essential.
