No Practice Setting Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Is Both Inpatient and Outpatient Required? Yes Does Provider Require Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges? Yes Admissions Required? Yes Are Temporary Privileges Available? Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified? No Patients Per Shift: 15-20 Bed In Department: TBD Rounding: Both Practice Details Does Your Facility Require Physicians to be Board Certified?
