Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA), a premier travel healthcare staffing agency, is seeking highly skilled Telemetry Nurses to join our dynamic team. As a Telemetry Nurse, you'll monitor patient vital signs through electronic systems, assess patients, and provide critical information to the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor and record patients' heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and other vitals using telemetry devices. Interpret data from monitoring equipment to identify any irregularities and escalate as necessary. Administer medications, treatments, and respond rapidly to emergencies. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Proficiency in using telemetry and patient monitoring systems. Strong clinical skills with an ability to manage multiple patients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability to work in different healthcare settings. Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the U.S. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Telemetry Certification preferred.
