qualifications will not be considered. A relief pharmacist
opportunity is available to support a Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy
serving Mauston, Wisconsin. This per diem position offers the
chance to assist a small, dedicated team that currently consists of
a single pharmacist-owner. The role is essential during upcoming
vacations and periods of increased workload throughout 2025 and
beyond. Location: Mauston, WI (Long Term Care Pharmacy setting)
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00
PM Sunday: Closed Dates needed: March 23 through April 1, 2026 Key
Responsibilities: Dispense and package medications accurately for
LTC patients Manage inventory and organize timely delivery of
medications Utilize pharmacy technology systems and ensure quality
assurance Maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal
standards Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare
providers, and staff Qualifications & Desired Experience: Active
pharmacist license in Wisconsin required Previous experience
working in Long Term Care pharmacy settings Familiarity with
Framework system is a strong advantage; training available for the
right candidate Strong attention to detail and commitment to
medication safety This role offers competitive hourly compensation
