eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial department.
Outpatient family medicine practice 4 ½ workday minimum Shared call
via phone 1:25 4 ½ day work week Full back up from all

Qualifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family
Medicine. Must be able to obtain Wisconsin medical license.
