Job Description:

Staff Pharmacist. This position is located in areas needing crucial
healthcare services, with relocation assistance available for the
ideal candidate. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a key role in
managing medication distribution and offering exceptional
pharmaceutical care, consistently ensuring the health and safety of
your patients. Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, and
labeling pharmaceuticals according to professional standards and
legal requirements. Provide pharmacological information by
answering questions and requests of health care professionals and
counseling patients on drug therapies. Review and interpret
physician orders and detect therapeutic incompatibilities. Control
medications by monitoring drug therapies and advising interventions
as necessary. Complete pharmacy operational requirements by
organizing and directing technicians' workflow, verifying their
preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals, and monitoring order
entries, charges, and inspections. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by
keeping information confidential. Enhance professional growth and
knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading
professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and
participating in professional organizations. Knowledge of drug
administration and health & safety guidelines Strong understanding
of medical information and terminology Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving
orientation Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
