Job Description Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a
travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Medford,
Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical
Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 02/02/2026 -
Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days -
Employment Type: Travel - Home health physical therapist - Minimum
Experience: Home Health experience, training working with the
adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic,
neurological and functional mobility diagnosis - Shift
Requirements: M-F 8-530 - Weekend/Holiday: PT's rotate one Saturday
every 6-8 weeks. (the Sat. they work would be given a day off
during the week) Saturday only. No holidays. - Mileage reimbursed
at government approved rate Home health physical
therapist/n/nMinimum Experience: Home Health experience, training
