weeks of PTO plus additional time for CME Compensation Details: •
Base salary up to $330,000 depending on experience • Great
lifestyle position with 8 weeks of PTO • Recruiting incentives
include $20,000 signing bonus, $10,000 relocation, and $4,500 CME
