hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: WI Pharmacy License
Certifications: BLS, Vaccine Administration Certificate Must-Have:
Retail pharmacy experience desired, not required Description: The
Pharmacist dispenses medications ensuring that the right drug, the
right dose, the right directions, the right refills, the right
doctor, and the right precautions are indicated on each
prescription label. The Pharmacist is an important information
resource to patients, providers, and staff. The Pharmacist
interacts in a courteous and professional manner at all times. The
Pharmacist maintains appropriate documentation and meets all state
and federal standards. All clinicians must clock in and out at the
facility. Shifts include variable 8-hour schedules with weekend
rotation. The weekend hours are from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. Holidays
are closed. There is no on-call requirement. The medication
dispensing system in use is McKesson EnterpriseRx for pharmacy
management software. EHR access is available through Cerner. The
dress code is business casual. Department specific orientation and
training materials are provided on-site.
