This independent Critical Access Hospital ideally situated between Madison and Minneapolis is seeking a dedicated physician to join its well-supported emergency department. Position Overview: • BC Emergency Medicine, or FM/IM with ED experience. • Only 7 24-hour shifts per month requiredflex your schedule and pick up extra shifts for additional income. • Modern ER with 24/7 access to X-ray, CT, and on-site lab in a newly renovated facility. • Stellar support: 10 hours of APP coverage daily, plus 2 RNs and an ER Tech available around the clock. Compensation & Benefits: • $200 per hour based on experience8 shifts = $38,400 per month. • Six-figure bonus package: sign-on, relocation, loan repayment, and $6,500 CME stipend. • Full benefits and robust retirement plans in a secure, full-time employed role.
