Job Description Rang Healthcare is seeking a local contract Dialysis Technician for a local contract job in Mauston, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Dialysis Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 32 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, flexible - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: Dialysis Tech Location: Mauston, WI Duration: 13 Weeks Shift/Schedule: (3) 12-hour shifts - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3am-3:30pm Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week Job Requirements: - - The Dialysis Technician assists in providing hemodialysis to patients by; preparing dialysis machines, cannulating patient access and initiating/discontinuing treatments. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES - Evaluate patient access before cannulation each treatment. - Setting up and tearing down dialysis machines in safe and timely manner. - Documents necessary data for each patient every treatment. - Monitor patients closely during treatment for adverse reactions and reports to nurse accordingly. - Obtain lab specimens as ordered. - Attends daily huddles and monthly meetings as scheduled - Perform other nursing duties as requested. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – - An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Current CCHT certification required - BLS certification required. - 6 months of related work experience preferred. - Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
