Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, flexible - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Pharmacist Location: Mauston, WI Duration: 13 Weeks Shift/Schedule: Night / Day Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Job Description: - Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. ? Professional Pharmacy degree required. Doctorate preferred. ? Wisconsin Pharmacist license required or temporary Wisconsin Pharmacist license required while obtaining active Pharmacist license that must be obtained within 60 days of receiving temporary license. ? Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Pharmacist license. ? BLS certification required. ? 1 years related work experience required.
