Job Description Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Mauston, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: LTC RN Location: Mauston, WI Duration: 13 Weeks Shift/Schedule: 8 Day shifts (6am-2:30pm) & 2 NOC shifts (10pm-6:30am) Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend Holidays: Rotating holidays Guaranteed hours: 36 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Job Requirements: - - Timely communication to physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident condition - Complete all applicable resident assessments - Complete medication administration while following the 5 Rights - Perform wound care and assessments as needed - Assist CNAs with answering call lights - Monitor residents for changes in condition - Act as leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed - Report any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator - Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting - Perform other duties as requested. Subspecialty(s): Long Term Care (LTC), Registered Nurse REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. - Two-year degree in nursing required. Four-year degree in nursing preferred. - Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license. - Current CPR/BLS certification required. - 1 years of related work experience preferred. - Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
