Job Description:
This role involves working with high-risk neonatal and pediatric
patients in ICU settings, including transport and collaboration
with outlying hospitals. Acts as a role model, resource, and coach
to staff, physicians, and ancillary departments. Ensures proper
documentation and stays updated on technological advances. Requires
a Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Nevada, CRT
certification, and preferably RRT. Must hold or obtain BLS, ACLS,
and PALS certifications within specified timeframes. Demonstrates
computer proficiency for online training and documentation. Offers
a full-time schedule with benefits, including a sign-on bonus,
based in Reno-Tahoe.
