Job Description:
The LPN provides high-quality routine care to tenants under RN
supervision, following the Service Plan, Minnesota BON standards,
and tenant rights. Responsibilities include developing and updating
Care Plans, implementing delegated interventions, collecting health
data, and reporting changes. Assigns and monitors nursing tasks for
unlicensed staff, ensuring proper execution and behavior
management. Qualifications include a Minnesota-approved nursing
program, current LPN license, and CPR certification. Benefits
