Job Description:
Seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend home health
services.
Provide skilled rehabilitation in patients' homes following
physician-prescribed treatment plans.
Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy modalities to
restore patient function.
Qualifications include current Georgia PT licensure without
restrictions and excellent communication/documentation skills.
Home health experience is preferred but not required.

The territory covers a 70-mile radius from the home; mileage over
70 miles round trip is reimbursed at twice the mileage rate.
