  • 40HPW, Every 3rd weekend, Call required: 1 in every 3 week days. Required: ARRT, BLS, WI License, 2 yrs experience.

        • AHA only. Required for RNs: PICU (level II & III), PACU, Peds ER
        • Required for RNs: Nursery, NICU, L&D, Peds ICU (level I)
        • TNCC and/or ENPC will be required for RNs working ER/ED.
        • Tech Cert Verification - Required within 30 days of start.
        • State License 1 Verification: Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start. WI CNA license is required. No waivers or out of state licenses accepted.
        • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required for RNs and LPN/LVNs only. Must be ran within 30 days prior to start date.
        • NPI Number required for Outpatient Therapists.
        • NIH Stroke Certification required for RNs: Neuro/Trauma ICU.
