  • 36 or 40 HPW. Option to work 5x8s available. EOW.
    • Job Requirements
    • Required: BLS and ECG Course, Centralized tele monitoring, Verify orders in computer system, Overhead paging competent, Teaching hospital experience, and Level II trauma experience.
      • Additional Details
      • AHA only, Required for the following: RNs, Tele, ICU, SICU, MICU, Endoscopy/GI, CCU, CVICU, CVOR, Neuro ICU, PACU, Cath Lab, ER, L&D, IR, OR
      • AHA only. Required for RNs: PICU (level II & III), PACU, Peds ER
      • Required for RNs: Nursery, NICU, L&D, Peds ICU (level I)
      • TNCC and/or ENPC will be required for RNs working ER/ED.
      • ENPC and/or TNCC will be required for RNs working ER/ED.
      • Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start. Must include date/time stamp of when completed. WI CNA license is required. No waivers or out of state licenses accepted.
      • RNs and LPN/LVNs only. Must be ran within 30 days prior to start date.
      • Required for Outpatient Therapists.
      • APEX Innovations NIHSS required for RNs: Neuro/Trauma ICU
      • CPI Certification required for all Behavioral Health positions.
      • Documentation of Pfizer/Modern 2 dose vaccine or documentation of Johnson and Johnson 1 dose vaccine. Preferred, if traveler chooses to decline please have traveler sign facility specific declination.
