This role helps the residents with their activities of daily living and assists in various ways to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.*ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES* Answer call lights Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc. Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse Obtain vitals, weights and other information as needed Meet resident needs in a timely manner Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse Perform other duties as requested.*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Required qualifications to effectively perform job.
