Family Medicine in Southwestern Wisconsin

You would be joining a collegial team of Family Medicine physicians and APC's in the clinic. This offers the opportunity to practice a broad scope of family medicine.

• Outpatient only
• 1:7 Back-up triage call
• Patient volume/day: 15-18

• Job Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree - Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible with a valid medical license
• Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician, able to obtain a WI license
• H1B visa eligible position
