Responsibilities:Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all residents and documents the plan of care results. Completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communicates and interacts with patients, residents, families and other health team members to assure resident safety and well-being.Qualifications:Qualifications Required

• In good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.Qualifications Preferred
  • Experience in health care or long term care.
