Serve as a professional internal resource for strategy and support
for nutrition related initiatives for healthcare, school, chain,
and development branded product solutions; network with
professional organizations that service company customers to keep
on-trend with current customer concerns; interpret and translate
trends and regulations to actionable goals to optimize value added
services for customers.
--- Conduct divisional speaking engagements including, but not
limited to, food shows
--- Participate in sales bids and calls
--- Provide maintenance of and conduct customer training for
dietary software cycle menu and tray card program
--- Write healthcare menus and recipes in compliance with federal
regulations and with customer input
--- Research, write, present, and review webinars/seminars on food
service related topics
--- Research, write, and review materials for distribution on food
service related topics
--- Research and reply to menu, nutrition, GS1, and special diet
--- Conduct ServSafe-- class offerings
--- Assist with dietetic intern rotations at Reinhart
--- Participate in review of meat plant allergens
--- Participate in nutrition analysis of new or revised Reinhart
meat plant products
--- Participate in review of nutrition and allergen information for
Reinhart exclusive brand products
--- Complete and submit paperwork for continuing education credits
for customer training opportunities
--- Provide weekend support of dietary software cycle menu and tray
--- Other projects or duties as assigned.
--- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or Dietetics.
--- Registered Dietitian or RD eligible graduate with successful
attainment of RD within six months of hire.
--- Certified ServSafe-- Instructor and Registered ServSafe--
Examination Proctor within 6 months of hire,
--- Proven presentation and/or training skills.
--- Occasionally lift/carry materials up to 30lbs.
--- Customer service experience preferred.
--- Proficient with computer and software programs including
Microsoft Office: Access, Excel, Word.
--- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug
screen.--- Foodservice/distribution experience.Performance Food
